HOW ONLINE THERAPY SESSIONS WORK

  1. Choose the therapy you would like to know more about, go to the page and book a FREE 20 minute no obligation online consultation where we can meet each other, you can ask questions, I can ascertain what is happening for you and if my therapies will be of value.

  2. You can then book your session or go away and decide if you wish to book a session on a day and time that works for both our time zones. I am in New Zealand.

  3. I create a Zoom invitation and email it to you. I use Zoom because it is secure, reliable and easy to use for both myself and my client.

  4. Included in the Zoom invitational email, are simple instructions you will need to prepare for your online session.

  5. Payment for the session is made via an invoice we email to you and the secure Stripe gateway. (We don’t have access to nor hold your credit card details.)

  6. Should you decide to cancel your session then your payment will be refunded minus the payment cost charges.

  7. On the day of the session we log into Zoom and I guide you through the session as if we are in the same room.
